A heavier more robust nominal 30 mm range suitable for driveways and heavy traffic, also available a more competitively priced nominal 20 mm slate paving range suitable patios and pathways. We also have a range of Chipped edged slates, where intead of the normal diamond sawn straight edges associated with paving this are hand cut to give these stones an aged appearance creating a rustic slate floor. Click here to go to chipped edged slate section.

We can also supply a wide range Indian sandstones in the most popular colours ideal for patios and paths. These range from the extremely competitive priced handcut slabs, to more unique premium range of sandstones, which are tumbled, sandblasted or honed for the perfect patio.

It is not generally recommended to use the thinner flooring slates externally, as they may not be robust enough to withstand the British elements.

We pleased to have recently supplied the Val and Paul Smith in North London, which was featured in the Self build magazine May 2014. The 30 mm Brazilian grey paving was used for the outside patio, creating a wonderful outside space

2007 Our Tong Shan natural roofing slates were chosen by Francis Shaw on this prestigious renovation the hand cut rustic heavy green slates were the perfect choice.  The Andean Green paving  and flooring slate tiles were also used on the roof terraces
